Тема: fetal application exit , your windows not ....

hi all
i installed Counter-Strike 1.6 LH 2011 .. it's with ucp
but when i open ucp it shows this

your windows not xp, or 2003, or vista, or seven

please help i really need ucp to prove to admin and players i am not cheating when i play like pro players

these r the logs (i didn't find the ucp.dbg one )
